Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Houseman to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet care to promote safety and aesthetic appeal Assist with hotel housekeeping operations by replenishing supplies and organizing storage areas Support janitorial tasks such as trash removal, window cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces Help with industrial cleaning projects when needed, including deep cleans of larger areas or specialized equipment Ensure all custodial equipment is properly maintained and stored after use Collaborate with housekeeping management to prioritize daily cleaning schedules and special requests Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments—hotel experience is highly valued Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and janitorial procedures Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently and safely Excellent attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving supplies throughout shifts Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and housekeeping management principles is a plus Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to support overall property maintenance Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where cleanliness meets excellence!
