Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team.The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facility, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and welcoming for guests.This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an understanding of housekeeping standards..Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals, following safety protocols at all times.Assist with floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or items.Uphold housekeeping management practices to maintain an efficient workflow.Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards.Basic maintenance and customer service.Skills Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and hospitality standards.Experience in custodial work or industrial cleaning preferred.Familiarity with floor care processes and equipment.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality service.Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is a plus.Join us in creating a clean and inviting atmosphere that enhances the experience for all guests!
