Job SummaryJoin our team as a Houseplant Shop Worker.You will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment, assisting customers with plant selections, and ensuring the shop's displays are vibrant and well-organized.This is a customer-service focused role.Responsibilities Assist customers by providing expert advice on houseplants, care tips, and product options to enhance their shopping experience Utilizing square to cash out customers Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the shop's displays and plant sections Handle stock replenishment by unpacking deliveries, organizing inventory, and preparing plants for display.Support the health of plants by watering, pruning, repotting, and applying basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot plant issues Experience Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure quality presentation of products Have a knowledge about houseplants or strong willingness to learn.Join us to cultivate your passion for plants while developing practical skills in retail operations!
