Housing Inspector

HQS Inspector starts immediately! Responsible for performing timely and accurate initial, annual emergency or special housing inspections in compliance with the Housing Quality Standards as defined by Housing Urban Developments Responsible for collecting and reviewing Housing Assistance Payment documentation to determine its accuracy for program eligibility Coordinator unit inspections between client, landlord, care manager Carry a caseload and maintains up to date and accurate client files, departmental files and databases as required by agency program policies and procedures must be willing to with little to no notice change in house or in field days in order to meet departmental demands as needed transport clients to and from apartment viewing appointment's and assist in moving clients as needed Computer skills a must High School or GED required with Valid Drivers Licenses and Insurance Job position paying $20-$21 Bilingual Spanish a plus #QPIND #QPAZR.
