Marion County Health & Human Services Housing Programs is seeking a dedicated clinician to support housing and behavioral health services. This position provides clinical services to individuals participating in housing programs and supports Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) initiatives through coordination with internal teams and community partners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) efforts through collaboration with community partners, participation in regional and statewide meetings and trainings, and provision of technical assistance to HRSN providers across Marion and Polk Counties. Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to housing stability and access to care. Provide direct, in-person behavioral health services, including completing intakes, conducting mental health assessments, and developing person-centered housing plans. Provide clinical support to housing navigators and peers within housing programs. Provide backup clinical coverage at Horizon House as needed to ensure continuity of services. Complete assessments and treatment planning in accordance with program, county, state, and federal requirements. Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members in clinical supervision, meetings, and service coordination. Represent the program on internal or external committees and serve in a leadership capacity as assigned. This position works within housing programs and clinical settings and collaborates closely with county staff, contracted providers, and community partners. Wages: Housing Mental Health Therapist 1: $29.54 - $39.58 hr. Housing Mental Health Therapist 2: $35.83 - $48.00 hr. GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES Housing Mental Health Therapist 2: Provide assessments and treatment of individuals and families, including groups; provides crisis assessment and intervention services and related duties as required. Primary responsibility of this class is to provide assessment and treatment services; crisis intervention, and treatment services, including intensive services, to individuals and their families with complex needs and diagnoses and/or to develop and implement specific services in the community. Housing Mental Health Therapist 1: Plans and carries out recreational, social and skills training activities; performs case management; facilitates counseling and/or skills training groups; performs related duties as required. Primary responsibility of this class is case management and counseling, without responsibility for developing and implementing specific programs in the community. SUPERVISION RECEIVED Housing Mental Health Therapist 2 and 1: Works under the supervision of a supervisor who assigns work, establishes goals, and reviews the results obtained for overall effectiveness. SUPERVISION EXERCISED Housing Mental Health Therapist 2 and 1: Supervision of others is not a responsibility of positions in this classification. Crisis Clinician 2 may act as Clinical Supervisor designee when needed. May assist in the supervision of practicum students and/or volunteers. Typical Duties - Duties include, but are not limited to the following Provide in-person behavioral health services to individuals, including completing intakes, conducting mental health assessments, creating person-centered housing plans; provide clinical support to Housing Navigation Specialists, Peer Supports, and staff at Horizon House; and offer technical HRSN assistance to community agencies. Health Related Social Needs (HRSN) Attend Monthly Convener Meetings. Participate in Oregon Health Authority (OHA), PacificSource, Unite Us, Nexxus meeting and trainings. Provide technical support to Marion/Polk HRSN Providers. Organize and facilitate convener meetings hosted by Marion County. Remain up to date on OARS for HRSN. Remain up to date on policy updates and changes from PacificSource and OHA Collaborate with community partners. Participate in creating and implementing policies and procedures.
