Job Description
The Park Rapids HRA is seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time Housing Specialist, who is usually the first point of contact for official business with Park Rapids HRA. Position is responsible for the beginning-to-end process of tenant leasing from processing applications to enforcing lease provisions. Minimum qualifications: at least two years work experience in a related field. Must have knowledge of HUD and HRA regulations and policies on tenant selection and/or, be willing to learn them, with a strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
