Louison House.INC. _Meeting the Needs of our Neighbors who are Experiencing Homelessness or Housing Instability_ House Staff/Direct worker:Relief (various shifts), 3rd shift, weekends _ Job Description _ Salary Range:$17 PLUS for starting Job Requirements :Ability to work well with others.Capacity to work independently with some direction.Prefer experience in human services or related field.Computer knowledge and familiarity with Word is helpful.All candidates must submit information and identification for a CORI check. Job Duties :Oversee residents during 4 -8 hour shifts Assist residents with tasks and support during the shift that may include:Assisting residents with their service plan and goals, especially around gaining housing.Planning their daily schedule and thinking how tasks fit their housing or other goals Supervise the taking of medications as needed and oversee areas of site like kitchen, food room, living room, etc.Driving agency vehicle to pick up clients, food, supplies, or donations Maintaining of the cleanliness, safety and security of the building Covering shifts at one or two locations and if interested and able to do office work at our main location.
