They are responsible for carrying out and delivering the expectations and customer demands set by the Operations Manager and HPP Supervisor. Team leaders oversee the manufacturing activities and undertake a combination of physical and mental work that ranges from filling out paperwork and filing reports to managing production assembly lines and helping their team complete orders. Team leaders are strong communicators who can motivate a team to achieve Productivity, Schedule, Safety and GMP targets.
