Custom Architectural Millwork Serving the NYC Marketplace We are a well-established millwork company seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to support our accounting team.This is a full-time, on-site position offering competitive pay and a collaborative work environment.Key Responsibilities:Compile weekly payroll hours and track all paid time off accruals/anniversaries.Human Resource tasks such as handling health insurance, employee benefits, 401k, FSA, PFL, trainings, etc.Maintain & update documentation trackers and schedules daily Data entry into our accounting software to produce Purchase Order's on a recurring basis and send PO's to our subcontractors Support general office operations, including telephone backup support for incoming calls during busy periods or staff absences.Qualifications:Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software.3 - 5 years of basic accounting and clerical experience.Strong communication, organizational, leadership skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on Experience:$24 - $27 per hour along with health insurance, paid time off, and 401k benefits.Collaborative and skilled team environment Career growth within a respected, fast-paced company To Apply:Please send your resume, and a brief cover letter to receptionist@pgsmillwork.com Job Type:Full-time Pay:$24.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours:No more than 40 per week Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Commute:Hudson, NY 12534 (Required) Work Location:In person.
