Responsibilities Posting jobs, screening resumes, interviewing applicants, and managing onboarding for new hires. Administering employee benefits programs (health insurance, leave, retirement) and assisting with payroll inquiries. Acting as a point of contact for staff inquiries, helping resolve labor issues, and supporting employee engagement. Ensuring all employee records are maintaining and updated with new hire information or changes in employee status with high accuracy and confidentiality. Ensuring company policies align with local, state, and federal regulations. Ensure that all staff follow financial management guidelines, including submitting and maintaining receipts for all purchases on a monthly basis. Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
