Summary:A professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist/HR Administrative Assistant to manage the greeting of visitors and provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.Supervisory Responsibilities:None Duties/Responsibilities:Receptionist Greets visitors and directs them appropriately Answers, screens, and forwards incoming calls in a courteous manner Maintains, sorts, and distributes daily mail and deliveries HR Administrative Assistant Completes daily employee call-out tracking and respective timecard updates Creates and maintains employee badges Maintains and updates employee records, files and HR databases Prepares or maintains employment records related to hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using HRIS software Assists in organizing employee events, training sessions and wellness initiatives, and employee morale activities Supports payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration, as assigned Assists in preparing company communications internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups Assists team members with questions and in the onboarding process Assists in submitting reports as needed Required Skills/Abilities:1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative or HR assistant role preferred Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); HRIS experience is a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Friendly, approachable demeanor with a customer service mindset Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent Associate or bachelor's degree preferred Physical Requirements:Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift office supplies up to 20 lbs.Office-based role; regular working hours with occasional overtime Computer - extensive work.
