We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Configure, maintain, and support HR systems, with a primary focus on Workday. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and design effective HR technology solutions. Develop and implement comprehensive reports, dashboards, and HR analytics. Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and feature enhancements. Ensure HR data integrity, security, and adherence to governance standards. What You'll Need 5+ years of experience in HRIS or ERP system configuration. Proven experience configuring Workday. Strong understanding of HR processes across HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent. Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable HRIS solutions. Advanced analytical, reporting, and troubleshooting skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. What's On Offer Competitive salary.
