As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of aerospace. This position contributes to our vision by: Anticipates and overcomes barriers by providing expert advice to leaders on individual and team performance management such as coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions; Increases employee engagement and maintains positive employee relations by initiating actions and/or processes that improve overall communication, problem resolution and teamwork; Leads the full cycle staffing development process from on-boarding to exit interviews with a focus on continuous improvement; Implements talent management activities including people reviews and performance management; Executes talent acquisition efforts, consulting with leaders on talent acquisition plans and sources. Recruits, screens, interviews and recommends internal and external applicants providing the appropriate mix of skills, talent, and diversity; Manages and resolves employee relations issues. Conducts effective, prompt, thorough and objective investigations; Acts as project manager and participates in HR and BU special projects, including continuous improvement initiatives; Provides HR policy, program, and procedure guidance and interpretation; Administration of compensation strategy and planning including annual merit adjustments and bonus process. Proposes salary recommendations for new hires and promotions; Identifies and addresses diversity & inclusion objectives for the workforce; What we offer: ? Education and/or Experience ? Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and 3-5 years of Human Resources experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge/Skills ? Ability to support the organization through business acumen and organizational metrics - Advanced ? Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions and in support of group and company objectives; demonstrated ability to bring new solutions to complex issues. Advanced ? Must possess familiarity with technology management and ability to run and analyze HR reports and data. Advanced ?
