HR Business Partner (Bilingual Spanish/English) We are seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to support a growing, blue-collar, warehouse-based organization with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting and employee relations . This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in an operational environment and enjoys being closely connected to the workforce. Company Overview Privately held organization with $50-70M in annual revenue Approximately 170 W-2 employees and 50 temporary employees Headquarters based in Florida , with additional support for a Colton, CA location Non-union environment (preferred) Key Responsibilities Lead hands-on, full-cycle recruiting , filling approximately 75 positions annually across warehouse and operational roles Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations , including coaching, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management Support daily HR operations for a blue-collar workforce , fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture Review and validate timecards for payroll (PEO manages benefits and payroll processing) Ensure compliance with OFCCP , employment laws, and internal policies Partner with leadership on workforce planning, retention, and HR best practices Provide HR support to the Colton, CA location , including collaboration with a stable team of 11 full-time employees and temporary staff Travel periodically to support operations in California and Florida Qualifications
