Title: HR Coordinator Location: Franklin Park, IL (Onsite) Hire Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (flexibility required) Compensation: $50,000+ DOE (depending on experience) Benefits: Full benefits packet Must have Skill Set: Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) 1-3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or high-volume environment preferred Strong experience supporting hourly workforce populations Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, etc.) Knowledge of onboarding, employee relations, and HR processes Overview: We are seeking a bilingual HR Coordinator to support a fast-paced food manufacturing operation in Franklin Park, IL. This onsite role serves as a key HR contact for both hourly employees and leadership, providing day-to-day HR support across onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and workforce coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, approachable, and comfortable working directly within a production environment to support both employees and operational needs. Job Duties: Coordinate and execute new hire onboarding, including orientation and paperwork completion Support full-cycle recruiting for general labor and production positions Serve as a primary HR contact for employee questions and concerns Assist with employee relations including coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminations Partner with supervisors and leadership to support staffing and workforce needs Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with company policies Assist with training coordination and documentation tracking Generate HR reports related to attendance, headcount, and workforce metrics Support additional HR projects and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish and English required 1-3+ years of HR experience preferred, ideally in manufacturing or high-volume environments Experience supporting hourly employee populations strongly preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Comfortable working onsite in a production-based setting with flexibility for early shift support Why This Role?
