Join our TEAM - T ogether E veryone A chieves M ore Job Title: HR Coordinator I Department: Human Resources We are looking for HR Coordinator I to join our team. The Human Resources ("HR") Coordinator I is responsible for providing HR services to internal and external clients including but not limited to on-boarding, termination, records management, employee life cycle transactions, payroll, and safety. Key Responsibilities Assist in implementing and servicing human resources management programs in areas aforementioned in the summary. Support client expectation by effectively communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; analyzing time and cost issues; preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends. Assist in the process of timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements. Support all new hires and terminations to properly hire with background references and terminate with proper documentation. Support the department in maintaining accurate HR administration system data for proper reporting, tracking, and documentation. Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirement. Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Admin
