Job Description
We’re looking for an HR Data Analyst . You will support the development of powerful insights and reporting associated with our people and positions. As a key partner to the HR Leadership Team, you will work closely with Finance leaders and managers across the team to support data requests, reporting requirements, and compensation administration. Compensation: $70-$80K/yr DOE Availability: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Duties & Responsibilities: Leverage your advanced Excel skills to support, maintain, and develop flawless people-related reports Manage a wide variety of data tasks and reporting requirements, including some within tight timelines Analyze data for trends and patterns Serve as a key administrator for Dayforce: accurately process changes associated with our people and positions, and influence the advancement of user self-service through education and support Support the advancement of reporting dashboards Assist in the implementation and administration of our compensation programs, ensuring each job is accurately aligned with the right job level Support the compensation survey process to collect and analyze competitive salary information Assist in reviewing proposed salary adjustments for pay equity and process alignment Evaluate job descriptions for FLSA alignment Create and distribute job change worksheets to managers Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience in Human Resources or Finance 3+ years of analyst experience; experience helping administer compensation programs a plus Advanced Excel skills; experience with Dayforce administration is strongly desired A passion for detail and analytics with a drive to go beyond the task at hand to provide stellar service Outstanding problem-solving skills Culture Agility.
