Job Description
We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Oversee all aspects of staffing, compliance, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Direct and supervise Human Resources staff and manage the departmental budget. Ensure comprehensive understanding and adherence to all employment laws and regulations. Coordinate recruitment efforts for non-exempt and exempt personnel. Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and training initiatives. Monitor and analyze turnover statistics and employee engagement. What You'll Need Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry. Previous supervisory experience is required. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (e.g., EEO, Wage & Hour, OSHA, ADA). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
