Job Overview We are seeking an experienced HR & financial Manager to oversee HR operations across multiple locations. This role combines HR management, payroll accuracy, and financial coordination to ensure compliance and scalability. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting and financial operations Prepare and review financial reports, P&L statements, and operational analyses Monitor labor costs, store expenses, and company budgets Coordinate payroll processing and payroll-related reporting Assist with cash flow management and financial planning Reconcile bank accounts, POS reports, and vendor invoices Support tax filings, audits, and external accounting partners Develop and improve financial controls and operational procedures Analyze store performance and provide recommendations to management Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and employee documentation Manage employee relations and workplace issue resolution Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Coordinate employee training, certifications, and performance tracking Support payroll, benefits administration, and workers’ compensation processes Assist with employee handbook updates and policy implementation Handle sensitive and confidential HR matters professionally Support company culture, communication, and staff retention initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 3+ years of accounting, finance, HR, or operations management experience Experience in restaurant, retail, or multi-location operations preferred Strong understanding of payroll, labor compliance, and financial reporting Proficiency in Excel and accounting/payroll systems Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and leadership abilities Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred Compensation Base Salary: $120,000 Pay: $120,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
