Position Title:Human Resources Generalist Department/Location:HR/Admin Supervisor:Human Resources Manager Status:Regular/Full-Time ______________________________________________________________________________ Primary Function:Serves as a point of reference to employees and managers as it relates to the full spectrum of Human Resources Functions.Essential Responsibilities:Provides support and completes routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to recruitment, compensation, benefits, FMLA leave, inquiries, performance and talent management, recognition, and training and development.Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.Conducts audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and applicable laws and regulations.Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.Participates in employee coaching meetings, terminations, and inquiries if necessary.Coordinates compensation and benefits administration, which includes annual open enrollment and assists with employee inquiries.Collaborates with hiring managers to post open positions and extend employment offers.Coordinates pre-employment background screening and employee eligibility verifications.Coordinates new employee in-processing, orientation, and training.Coordinates exiting employee processing.Assists with internal communications distribution regarding, benefits, organizational policies, and other HR communication.Assists with compensation and benefit reviews.Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.Ensures employee personally identifiable information (PII) remains confidential, is correctly stored and appropriately archived.Participates in developing and execution of HR department goals and objectives.Perform other tasks as assigned.Work Conditions:Employee will be working within an office environment.Employee may be expected to travel on occasion to locations where specific attire is necessary Job Requirements:Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience with 2 years direct HR Experience.Strong understanding of the recruiting processes, benefits administration, payroll and other HR functions.Excellent communication, leadership and planning skills Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education:High school or equivalent (Required) Experience:Human Resources:2 years (Required) Work Location:In person.
