Created/Revised Date: 5/6/2026 Anticipated Closing Date: 6/30/2026 Job Title : [HR Generalist/Paycom] Location: [San Diego] fully onsite Shift: 1st [The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $[40.00– 60.00] per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.] W2 only, no c2c or 1099 Employment Type: [Temporary] FLSA Status: [Non-Exempt] Schedule: Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm 6-9 month contract assignment Job Summary: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: HR Generalist with direct Paycom implementation experience to support the transition to a new HRIS. This role will work closely with HR, Payroll, and internal stakeholders to assist with system configuration, data validation, and day-to-day HR operations throughout the implementation process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable balancing project-related work with core HR responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of Paycom, including configuration, testing, and go-live activities Assist with data migration, data audits, and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness Partner with HR and Payroll to translate current processes into Paycom workflows Participate in system testing (UAT), identify issues, and support resolution efforts Help develop and update HR processes, procedures, and documentation aligned with the new system Provide support for onboarding, employee data changes, and HR transactions within Paycom Assist with training materials and provide guidance to end users during and after implementation Maintain compliance with California employment and payroll requirements Support general HR operations as needed during the transition period Qualifications 3–5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience Direct experience participating in a Paycom implementation (required) Strong working knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, employee data management, and payroll coordination High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and auditing skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting HRIS implementations or system conversions Familiarity with nonprofit or multi-site organizations Experience working in California with knowledge of applicable employment laws Benefits: Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements .
