HR Generalist II – Multi-Site Support (Bilingual Spanish Required) About Copper State Copper State is a fast-growing industrial distributor and manufacturer built on strong relationships, operational excellence, and a commitment to our people. Position Summary We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Generalist II to support HR operations across multiple locations, manufacturing, warehouse, and production teams. This role is ideal for an HR professional who excels at execution, coordination, and supporting employees and managers across HR functions. You’ll work closely with HR leadership and site HR partners to ensure consistent, high-quality HR support. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & Floor Engagement: Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and supervisors. Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations matters. Maintain a strong, visible presence on the production floor. Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and engagement. Lead the Onboarding Experience (End-to-End): Design and deliver a consistent onboarding experience across manufacturing and warehouse teams. Facilitate Day 1 orientation in both English and Spanish. Partner with supervisors to support strong 30/60/90-day employee integration. Ensure compliance with all employment documentation and requirements. HR Program Administration: Support benefits, policies, performance management, and program consistency across sites. Training Coordination: Schedule and track training, maintain records, and assist with program rollouts. Employee Relations Support: Assist with employee relations matters, escalate complex issues, and help maintain a compliant workplace. HR Systems & Data Management: Maintain accurate employee data in systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and KRONOS, and support reporting initiatives. Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) 3–5 years of HR experience Strong organizational and execution skills Experience supporting onboarding and HR programs Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why This Role Matters Provide consistent, high-quality HR support across multiple sites, bridging managers and employees.
