As the only Generalist onsite, this is a hands-on, high-impact position requiring versatility, collaboration, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Lead full-cycle hourly recruitment: job requisitions, postings, interviews, background/reference checks, offer letters, and onboarding Collaborate with the training team to facilitate new hire orientation Payroll & Administration Administer payroll for hourly employees on a weekly basis Maintain accurate records for attendance, headcount, and recruitment metrics Coordinate employee events, communications, and recognition programs People Analytics & Systems Leverage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Workday, for data entry, reporting, and regular audits to ensure data integrity <
