Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) Private Client Services (PCS) is an insurance brokerage agency that protects individuals’ liabilities and personal assets through the construction and placement of insurance portfolios. MMA PCS drives growth across three business segments: Individual (Consumer), Sponsored (Enterprise), and Specialty (Lifestyle) Solutions. Reporting to MMA PCS’ President & CEO and partnering closely with the MMA Chief People Officer and MMA PCS Leadership Team, the HR Leader will serve as the senior people strategist for MMA PCS National. This senior leadership role requires a proven record of leading complex HR organizations in growth-oriented, professional services or financial services environments, with deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent systems, and change leadership. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with operational rigor and the ability to influence senior leaders and drive consistent execution across a national organization.
