Requirements Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar HR leadership role. Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and employee relations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with HR software and systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll platforms). Strategic thinking with the ability to implement initiatives that impact the organization. Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (SHRM, PHR, or similar) are a plus.
