Job Description
Our client is seeking an HR Operations Generalist to oversee core HR processes, compliance programs, employee communications, and reporting functions. This role acts as a central hub across HR operations , ensuring regulatory compliance, improving processes, and enhancing the overall employee experience through effective communication and data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Service Delivery Manage HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner Maintain and improve HR knowledge resources including FAQs Ensure accuracy and consistency across HR communication channels Compliance & Auditing Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws Manage compliance posters and updates Lead I-9 audits and corrective action tracking Oversee driver audit processes where applicable Improve compliance workflows and documentation Leave & Accommodation Management Manage Leave of Absence programs including FMLA and state-specific leaves Oversee ADA accommodations and ensure compliance Support employees and managers through leave and accommodation processes Drive process improvements in leave and ADA programs Workers' Compensation Manage workers' compensation claims administration Coordinate with payroll on timecard adjustments and reporting Employee Engagement & Communications Lead employee survey programs and reporting Manage engagement platforms and feedback initiatives Develop HR newsletters and internal communications Ensure clear and consistent messaging across the organization Reporting & Analytics Generate HR scorecards and reports Track key HR metrics and provide insights to leadership Additional Support Assist with recruitment as needed Support company-wide events and HR initiatives Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3 to 5 years of HR experience with focus on operations and compliance Experience managing multi-state leave administration Strong knowledge of employment laws including FMLA, ADA, I-9, and workers' compensation Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Key Competencies Compliance and risk awareness Strong communication and collaboration Organizational and time management Problem-solving and critical thinking Employee-focused mindset What We Offer Competitive salary Stable, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and development Strong organizational culture focused on accountability and collaboration
