This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about talent acquisition and creating a positive candidate experience. 🚀 What You’ll Do Support end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience Assist with employer branding and recruitment initiatives Support onboarding coordination for new hires ✅ What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related internships Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Attention to detail and proactive mindset Professional proficiency in English Based in the United States with valid work authorization 🌟 What We Offer Flexible remote work across the United States (or hybrid if applicable) Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition Mentorship from experienced HR professionals Collaborative and people-focused work environment Competitive salary and benefits package
