We are implementing a cutting-edge AI-powered recruiting platform that will handle initial candidate screenings and interview scheduling, allowing you to focus on what matters most--building relationships, sourcing top talent, and making strategic hiring decisions.No AI experience is required; we're looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and excited to learn new tools.This is a unique opportunity to grow your skills in modern recruiting technology while connecting great people with meaningful work in early childhood education.Responsibilities:Strategic Recruiting:Manage full-cycle recruiting including job postings, sourcing, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiations.Develop and maintain job descriptions and postings across multiple platforms (Indeed, Career Plug, etc.).Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, and community partnerships.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.Conduct in-person interviews and make hiring recommendations to leadership.AI Platform & Process Optimization:Oversee the AI recruiting platform (Confirm Inc) that conducts initial candidate pre-screening calls and schedules in person interviews.Review AI screening results and recommendations to make informed candidate decisions.Refine screening criteria and parameters to improve candidate quality and hiring outcomes.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the automated and in-person process.Track recruiting metrics and analyze platform data to optimize hiring strategies.Onboarding & HR Support:Coordinate new hire onboarding including paperwork, orientation scheduling, and first-day logistics.Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.Ensure completion of required background checks, fingerprinting, and credentialing.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws.Support HR Director with additional projects and initiatives as needed.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.2years of experience in HR with a focus on recruiting and talent acquisition.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new technology platforms.Curiosity and willingness to learn AI-powered recruiting tools (training provided).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve processes.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Adaptable mindset and openness to evolving technology and processes.Experience recruiting in education or childcare industry a plus.PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus.Positive attitude and a passion for working with children and families.Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire.In conjunction with candidacy and potential employment I provide my express consent and authorization for Novastar Kids Co and/or its subsidiaries, affiliates, other related entities, successors, and/or assigns, and those working on its behalf to contact me at any telephone number I provide using an automated telephone dialing system or artificial or prerecorded voice (including, without limitation, using artificial intelligence AI).My consent to receive telephone communications is not required to apply for a position.I may revoke consent by replying STOP to any text message I receive, or verbally on any telephone call I may receive.Alternatively, I may submit a request to support@confirm.global Pay:$24.00 - $29.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
