You Will Plan and lead the building of Time and Absence prototype tenants and ensure successful migration to Production. Lead design decisions and ensure cohesiveness with other areas of the Workday HCM system. Oversee and execute system testing across multiple HR modules. Partner with business subject matter experts to ensure systems are appropriately configured to meet business needs. Understand unique business requirements and translate them into efficient and effective system configurations. Appropriately escalate risks and issues as they arise to ensure project success.
