Job Description
Americo is hiring an HRIS Analyst to join our expanding team! This is a full time position and the hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on site at our Downtown Kansas City, MO office. Overview The Human Resources department is responsible for managing employee lifecycle processes, supporting business operations through people systems, and ensuring compliance with all HR requirements. This role supports Human Resources, Finance, and IT teams and plays a key role in administering and optimizing the ADP HRIS platform, and maintaining data integrity and compliance within established guidelines and service level expectations. Key Responsibilities HRIS Administration (ADP) Manage and maintain ADP system, including Workforce Now or related modules Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data within ADP Configure system settings, workflows, and business rules Manage user access, security roles, and permissions Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with ADP support Support system upgrades, testing, and feature implementations Reporting and Analytics Generate standard and ad hoc reports using ADP reporting tools Maintain dashboards and respond to data requests Compliance and Auditing Ensure HRIS processes align with company policies and legal requirements Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation Maintain up-to-date process documentation and procedures Process Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance ADP system utilization and workflows Recommend and implement automation and efficiency improvements Collaborate on HRIS projects Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or work experience equivalent) 3–5 years of experience with ADP (Workforce Now or similar) Experience with ADP modules Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and reporting Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational skills About Us Americo: We’re in this for life!
