YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY: Under limited supervision, the HSE Specialist will implement and administer all aspects of the corporate environmental, health, and safety (EHS) program and the site-specific safety program for assigned area or responsibility. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Implement and administer environmental, health, and safety (EHS) program and site-specific environmental, health, and safety (EHS) plans. Implement, administer, and conduct orientation and basic trainings. Continuously educating, coaching, and mentoring either in a classroom, meeting, or during job walks. Performs regular and frequent site inspections and observations. Engages with employees, supervision, and management, continuously educating, coaching on safe work practices. Seeks opportunities to praise, recognize, and award our employees and teams. Documents findings, compiles information, creates detailed reports, analyzes data, and tracks progress. Maintains files and records for long term storage. Coordinates with client/owner, project management, field supervision, and divisional/regional leadership to ensure successful implementation of EHS program/plan. Represents safety in meetings. <
