Location: Fresno, CA Salary: $71,000.00 USD Annually - $75,000.00 USD Annually Description Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Second Shift HR Generalist in Fresno, CA area! Shift is Sunday - Thursday 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day people relations and develop partnerships across the business Mange new hire on boarding, induction and training to include 30/60/90 day reviews and full cycle LOA, FMLA, ADA and worker’s comp Report and work with HR Team on investigations according to State, Federal and Local laws Maintain personnel records in both payroll and employee personnel files Oversee employee status changes and ensure the changes are reflected in payroll and benefits updates Requirements 3-5 years experience overseeing an HR site Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Proven knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations Strong computer skills Highly organized Must be detail oriented Excellent multitasking, time management and prioritizing skills #JDP By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
