Job Description
HR Business Partner, Cherry Hill, NJ (Hybrid), $120,000–$145,000 + Bonus + Car – PERM Join a nationally recognized organization known for its people-first culture, strong internal mobility, and commitment to employee development and meaningful impact. HR Business Partner – Responsibilities Serve as a strategic partner across both Corporate HQ and Warehouse/Distribution operations, supporting a diverse client group of ~500 employees nationwide. Act as the primary HR point of contact, partnering closely with leaders and employees to drive business outcomes and engagement. Lead key initiatives including succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational design. Drive internal mobility efforts by coaching employees and leaders on career progression and development. Partner with Talent Acquisition and Centers of Excellence to forecast hiring needs and support strategic talent planning. Manage employee relations matters and strengthen leadership capability in handling complex people issues. Champion performance management processes to improve productivity and organizational effectiveness. Support change management initiatives, including restructures and evolving business needs. Leverage people analytics to guide decision-making and align HR strategies with business goals. Operate in a hands-on capacity within a lean organization—balancing strategic thinking with execution. HR Business Partner – Requirements 6–7+ years of progressive HR experience, including proven success as a strategic HR Business Partner. Experience supporting both corporate and large hourly populations (warehouse, distribution center, or similar required). Background in retail, logistics, or light industrial environments strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to influence leadership and drive business outcomes through HR strategy. Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Comfortable operating in a flat, lean environment without direct reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—must be personable, adaptable, and authentic. Ability to travel monthly to multiple sites nationwide. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required. Schedule: Hybrid schedule with flexibility; eligible for 2 remote days per week after 90 days. Travel required (~monthly).
