HR Coordinator | Onsite | 4–6 Month Contract We are partnering with a client to find a detail-oriented HR Resource to support high-volume seasonal hiring during their peak season. This is a full-time, onsite contract role (40 hrs/week) with an immediate start. What You'll Be Doing Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding for temporary and hourly employees Process hiring paperwork, I-9 verification, and compliance documentation Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and pre-employment requirements Support recruitment for 100+ seasonal workers across restaurant, hospitality, and operations roles — servers, bartenders, hosts, lifeguards, and more Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and timelines Provide onsite candidate and employee support throughout the hiring process What We're Looking For Experience in HR, recruiting, or high-volume/seasonal hiring Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Onsite availability required — full-time, Monday through Friday
