Overview:The Human Resources Coordinator provides guidance, support, and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures, and practices of the Human Resources (HR) Department.This position performs a variety of routine, complex, and technical duties in a variety of functional areas including employee benefits, records management and employee engagement and wellness.This position also serves as the first point of contact for employees and performs clerical and administrative duties to contribute to efficient office operations.Job Details:Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities :Provide administrative and clerical support across all Human Resources functions.Serve as the first point of contact for HR by answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to basic employee relations inquiries; route issues to appropriate HR staff.Respond promptly to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.Support positive employee relations, employee engagement, and organizational culture.Maintain working knowledge of state and federal employment laws (EEO, FMLA, PFL, COBRA, etc.).Maintain accurate employee records, including file updates, audits, scanning, indexing, storage, and retrieval (physical and electronic).Assist with onboarding paperwork, I-9 tracking, unemployment claims, license and certification renewals, and provide administrative support to the VP of HR as needed.Support HR Specialist with Leave of Absence administration and related communications.Track and process invoices and maintain office supplies.Assist with performance management, benefits administration, and special projects as assigned.Perform other duties as required and adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred SHRM or HRCI certification preferred 1-3 years of experience in a customer service-related role Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Posted Salary Range:USD $26.34 - USD $39.79 /Hr.:This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.At Catholic Health, we believe in a people-first approach.In addition to the estimated base pay provided, employees are eligible for generous benefits packages, generous tuition assistance, a defined benefit pension plan, and a culture that supports professional and educational growth..
