Job Description
Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resources Director to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $125,000 to $150,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Develop and guide human resources strategies that support organizational goals including workforce planning development programs compensation structures and cultural initiatives. Lead change management efforts by partnering with executives and department leaders to support transitions restructures and operational improvements. Create and oversee development frameworks including training paths mentorship programs and leadership growth initiatives. Design and maintain compensation programs pay bands and reward systems that promote fairness competitiveness and clarity. Oversee recruitment onboarding retention engagement and key human resources functions including benefits planning succession management performance processes and compliance. Requirements 10+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience including time reporting to senior leadership. Demonstrate experience leading major change efforts cultural improvements and strategic people initiatives. Understand compensation design equity analysis and career path planning at an advanced level. Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization while influencing business decisions. Use human resources technology analytics and automation tools to improve processes and support decision making. Qualifications Use human resources metrics to guide decisions and provide insights that support leadership planning. Develop teams through coaching oversight and support while promoting high performance and accountability. Adapt well to change approach challenges with a strategic mindset and maintain a solutions focused style. Ensure consistent compliant human resources practices and mitigate risk through thoughtful policy oversight.
