Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Human Resources to lead all HR functions for our hotel property. This leadership role directs and ensures the efficient administration and management of the Human Resources function to include recruiting, training, wage/benefit administration, compliance with statutory requirements and the execution of employee relation activities, in order to provide each department with the personnel, guidance, and support necessary to achieve their customer service and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and retention efforts Support and coach managers on employee relations and HR best practices Oversee onboarding, training, and employee development programs Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies Manage performance reviews, progressive discipline, and HR documentation Plan employee recognition programs and team events Qualifications 5+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in hospitality Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience with recruiting, training, and performance management Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Pay: $57,568.68 - $69,330.02 per year Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Work Location: In person
