๐จ Weโre Hiring: Human Resources & EHS Manager We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee Human Resources and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) in our automotive metal-mechanical manufacturing plant . ๐น Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end HR processes: talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and engagement Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and corporate standards Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring full EHS regulatory compliance Lead audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with plant leadership to align HR & EHS strategies with business goals Manage and optimize Workday (HRIS), including reporting, data analysis, and system utilization ๐น Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in HR & EHS within manufacturing (automotive preferred) Strong knowledge of labor and safety regulations Proven leadership and team management skills Experience with Workday (HRIS & analytics) required Bilingual English/Spanish preferred ๐ Location: Columbus, Nebraska (Open to candidates based in Omaha, NE, Michigan & Ohio willing relocate) Join a team committed to safety, people development, and operational excellence .
