Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a respected and long-standing non-profit organization in Little Rock, AR to identify an experienced Human Resources Generalist for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity . This position supports a regional employee group of approximately 400 individuals and plays a key role in maintaining a positive, compliant, and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage employee relations activities, including investigations, coaching, documentation, and resolution of workplace concerns. Ensure all personnel actions and employee documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. Maintain and update employee time, personal, and pay records using Paycom HRIS , including adjustments to timecards and job-related details. Serve as the primary point of contact for FMLA administration , overseeing the entire leave process—from employee notification and documentation to coordination with managers and legal compliance. Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to promote engagement and consistency. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive information. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations and compliance. Demonstrated experience managing investigations and administering FMLA leave. Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Proficiency with Paycom HRIS and timekeeping systems; high attention to detail in maintaining records and employee data. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
