Job Description
Our client is seeking an HR Generalist with experience in recruitment, employee relations, and FMLA/ADA administration to support both manufacturing and corporate employees. This role will partner closely with leadership on hiring initiatives, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. Key responsibilities include Partnering with managers on employee relations issues, performance management, coaching, and workplace concerns Managing full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and offer coordination Administering FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers’ compensation, and leave of absence processes Supporting HR compliance, policy administration, and employee documentation Maintaining HRIS records, reporting, and employee files Assisting with onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives Qualifications include 3–5+ years of HR Generalist experience Strong background in recruiting, employee relations, and FMLA/ADA administration Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
