Paramount Legal is recruiting a Human Resources Generalist for an International law firm located in Midtown Atlanta! This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established firm in a key HR role supporting day-to-day operations, employee relations, compliance, and talent initiatives across multiple offices. Law firm experience is required. Hybrid schedule available after 90 days. The Human Resources Generalist will: Manage full-cycle HR operations including onboarding, benefits, leave administration, and offboarding Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, and workplace matters Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives The ideal candidate will have: Prior HR experience within a law firm environment Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills A Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field preferred) If you are an experienced HR professional seeking a new opportunity with a respected firm, we would love to connect!
