HRIS Analyst (Oracle experience) San Francisco, CA | Hybrid Pay range: $50–55/hr Contract length: 10-12 months Oue client is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support ongoing and upcoming Oracle HRIS project. This role is ideal for a hands-on, technically strong analyst who has been directly involved in Oracle implementations and enjoys deep system analysis, configuration, and project-based work. This position will play a key role in building, testing, and launching Oracle HRIS modules and will support critical implementation and optimization efforts. Responsibilities Serve as a hands-on HRIS Analyst supporting Oracle HRIS modules Configure, build, and maintain Oracle HRIS modules to meet business needs Support Oracle HRIS implementations, including testing and launch phases Partner with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution Support UAT, testing cycles, and post-launch stabilization Provide additional hands-on support for HRIS projects and enhancements as needed Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and documentation throughout implementations Qualifications Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst with a strong technical background Hands-on experience building and configuring modules within Oracle HRIS Prior involvement in at least one Oracle HRIS implementation Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business requirements and translate them into system solutions Experience supporting testing, launches, and post-implementation support Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment Strong collaboration and communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
