Duration: 6 Months We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst & Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources leadership team. This role combines HR technology expertise with senior-level administrative support responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong HRIS experience, HR operations knowledge, reporting expertise, and excellent organizational skills. ๐น Key Responsibilities โ HRIS: Lead creation and implementation of performance management tools Conduct HR performance metrics analysis and resolve application issues Document HR policies, procedures, and processes Generate HR reports and analyze workforce trends Maintain secure HR records including attendance, employee performance, and personnel files Perform audits related to hiring, termination, payroll administration, and HR compliance reports Maintain HR SharePoint and employee personnel records Update and manage organizational charts Provide diversity, turnover, and employee audit statistics to HR leadership Support employee recognition programs, monthly events, and HR initiatives ๐น Administrative Responsibilities: Support the Human Resources Division leadership team with daily administrative tasks Manage calendars, appointments, emails, and scheduling activities Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence Organize filing systems and maintain employee database records Coordinate meetings, conferences, and take meeting notes when needed Prepare employment-related materials and maintain employee benefit records Support compliance training administration and HR documentation processes ๐น Required Qualifications: Experience working as an HRIS Analyst Strong understanding of HR operations and HR systems Experience with HR reporting, audits, and analytics Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong Microsoft Office and administrative support experience Ability to manage confidential information professionally โ ๏ธ Candidate must be willing to complete fingerprinting, credit check, and background check after offer stage. ๐ฉ Interested candidates can share resumes to: vkatta@radiants.com
