HRIS UKG Consultant (UKG Pro / WFM) Contract | June – October 2026 (Potential Extension or CTH) Remote | Part-Time hours to Start, could change to full time contract We are seeking an experienced HRIS UKG Consultant to support an existing HRIS team on a project-focused engagement. This role will support configuration review, requirements gathering, testing efforts, and optimization initiatives within UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM), with a strong focus on pay policies, payroll processes, and benefits-related functionality. This engagement will begin part-time with the potential to expand into a longer-term or full-time opportunity based on business needs and performance. Responsibilities Review and assess current UKG Pro and UKG WFM configurations Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business stakeholders to gather and document requirements Support configuration updates and optimization efforts related to pay policies, PTO, payroll, and benefits processes Develop and execute system testing activities including regression testing and UAT Troubleshoot HRIS issues and assist with validating resolutions Identify configuration gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities Support ongoing HRIS initiatives, enhancements, and project deliverables Collaborate cross-functionally with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and technical teams Requirements Hands-on experience with UKG Pro and/or UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Strong background in HRIS configuration review, testing, and requirements gathering Experience supporting payroll, pay policy, PTO, and benefits-related functionality Experience conducting UAT, regression testing, and validation activities Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a consulting/project-based environment Experience supporting HRIS optimization or transformation initiatives preferred Preferred Experience Multi-state or complex pay policy environments Payroll integrations and workforce management processes Prior consulting or client-facing HRIS support experience
