Human Resources & Office Manager Location: Greater Racine Area (Fridays Remote) Salary: $65,000-$75,000 Job Type: Permanent; Full-time Position Overview The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting employee lifecycle processes while helping maintain an organized and efficient office environment. This individual will partner closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities HR & Employee Support Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation Maintain employee records and HR documentation Assist with light recruiting efforts, including interview coordination and candidate communication Support HR processes and respond to employee inquiries Maintain and update employee information within HR systems HR Systems & Administration Assist with HRIS maintenance (employee data, compensation updates, time tracking) Support reporting and general HR data accuracy Help improve HR processes and workflows Office & Administrative Operations Organize employee events, lunches, and office activities Manage office supplies and vendor coordination Maintain an organized, welcoming office environment Provide occasional administrative or customer support as needed Qualifications Required Experience in HR support, office management, or administrative roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to take initiative and work independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with HRIS systems Exposure to ERP systems Work Environment Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hybrid: Onsite Monday – Thursday, remote Fridays Dress Code: Business casual Work Setting: Corporate office environment
