Human Resources Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support daily HR operations, including employee relations, coaching, and discipline Partner with supervisors on attendance management, performance, and policy enforcement Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and select salaried roles Coordinate onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives Support benefits administration and open enrollment Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Provide remote guidance and support to HR at the California facility, including training a site-based HR resource Assist with HR projects and process improvements across sites Support integration efforts in the event of future acquisitions QUALIFICATIONS 5–8 years of HR experience with a strong generalist background Experience supporting an hourly workforce; manufacturing or industrial experience preferred Comfortable handling employee relations matters with appropriate escalation Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment PROFILE Hands-on and comfortable being present on the production floor Positive, approachable, and team-oriented Takes the initiative while knowing when to escalate Eager to grow into a broader HR leadership role
