Header Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee strategic HR functions, drive talent management efforts, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Your leadership will empower teams, streamline HR processes, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including organizational design, succession planning, and talent management initiatives. Lead talent acquisition efforts by overseeing sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes using advanced HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM. Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts effectively through negotiation and conflict management techniques while ensuring compliance with employment law, OSHA standards, and workers' compensation regulations. Oversee performance management programs by establishing evaluation criteria, facilitating employee evaluations, and supporting performance improvement plans. Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations like FMLA and labor laws. Supervise payroll processing using platforms such as Paychex, ADP, or Paylocity to guarantee accurate compensation delivery. Drive training & development initiatives to enhance employee skills through workshops, leadership development programs, and continuous learning opportunities. Lead process improvement projects aimed at optimizing HR workflows using data analysis skills and leveraging tools like Kronos or UltiPro for efficient workforce management. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic HR plans that support organizational growth and change management efforts. Experience Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on senior leadership roles within fast-paced environments. Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and compliance requirements. Demonstrated success in talent acquisition including sourcing strategies and ATS utilization such as Taleo or PeopleSoft. Strong background in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, and employee evaluation processes. Experience supervising HR teams while fostering a collaborative team environment through effective communication skills. Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro or equivalent platforms for data collection and analysis. Skilled in program management including benefits administration, training & development programs, and process improvements. Ability to develop strategic plans aligned with organizational goals while managing budgets related to HR initiatives.
