Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Operations Manager to lead and optimize our HR functions across the organization. This pivotal role involves overseeing HR processes, ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws, and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Duties Lead the design and implementation of HR programs, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and succession planning to attract and retain top talent. Oversee HR sourcing strategies utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Taleo, Workday, or iCIMS to streamline recruiting efforts. Manage employee relations by resolving conflicts, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating effective communication between staff and leadership. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, Workers’ Compensation regulations, and company policies across all HR activities. Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives while managing benefits administration through platforms like ADP or Paychex. Supervise payroll processing using systems such as Paylocity, Kronos, or UltiPro to guarantee accurate compensation delivery. Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing data collection and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) metrics to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience supervising HR teams with strong leadership skills in human resources management and program management. Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA regulations, and workers’ compensation procedures. Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies, employee evaluation processes, and performance management systems. Proficiency with HRIS platforms including SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, Ceridian Dayforce, or equivalent systems like UltiPro or Taleo. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities for effective stakeholder engagement at senior leadership levels. Experience in organization design, change management initiatives, and process improvement methodologies.
