Job Description
HR Project Coordinator – Oracle Implementation San Francisco, CA (Hybrid) Job Type: Temporary / Contract Duration: 10–12 months Pay Rate: $30–40/hour An organization in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support an ongoing Oracle HCM implementation. This role is highly focused on coordination, scheduling, and project logistics rather than technical project management. The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining timelines, organizing meetings, and ensuring follow‑through across a cross‑functional project team as the implementation progresses toward an October go‑live. This position requires a highly organized professional who excels at time management, communication, and supporting leadership through effective coordination. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, workshops, and working sessions across the Oracle implementation Prepare agendas, presentations, and project materials as needed Document meeting notes, track action items, and follow up with owners to ensure timely completion Maintain and update project schedules, work plans, and resource calendars Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across multiple teams Support HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders by keeping deliverables on track Manage project communications, including status updates and stakeholder notifications Handle meeting logistics, documentation management, and collaboration tools Serve as a central point of contact for project coordination and scheduling needs Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners Experience & Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or project support roles Prior experience supporting large‑scale IT, HCM, or system implementation projects strongly preferred Excellent organizational, calendaring, and time‑management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving project environment Comfortable collaborating across HR, IT, and Finance teams Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Oracle systems (preferred but not required) Experience supporting HRIS or HCM‑related projects Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
