Our client is a prestigious fintech firm in Manhattan, seeking an HR Specialist. Collaborate on complex, cross-functional projects and process improvements across the organization Drive initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency Leverage modern technologies to address operational and organizational challenges Support various aspects of the employee life cycle, including compensation analysis, internal mobility, and employee experience programs Assist with the implementation and management of employee perks and engagement initiatives : Qualifications & Requirements: A bachelor’s degree is required and a minimum of two years of HR experience in, or exposure to, a human capital function and human capital systems Strong academic background is preferred Experience improving processes and leveraging AI is preferred A familiarity with and interest in generative AI is required. Background in FinTech, Tech, or Financial Services preferred Workday exp is a plus The annual base salary range is $80,000 to $130,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
